1.Golden Key is an absolutely (No wastage and No making charges) beneficial Jewellery purchase plan designed with an EMA (Easy Monthly Advance) payment option.

3. The Customer must pay 11 (Eleven) fixed and equal monthly advance of a minimum of ₹ 5,000/- (Rupees five Thousand) or above (in multiples of one thousand). The advance payments cannot be extended beyond the 11th month, and it is not transferable under any circumstance.
4. As a promotional offer, effective 11.10.2022, One free Gold coin for every Rs.8000 will be shipped to the address provided at the time of enrollment. The Gold coin is given for first installment only.
5. The plan involves payment of equal monthly advance over the chosen contract period. One monthly purchase advance shall be paid every succeeding calendar month.
6. Payments of EMA (easy monthly advance) against the purchase of Jewellery beyond the stipulated period or payment for more than one month will not be allowed.
7. Upon maturity, the customer has to redeem the aggregate amount in full, balance if any the amount (partial closure) will not be refunded in cash and can only be adjusted on the purchase of Gold/coins.
8. The member can purchase at the end of the 11th month without any value addition/Making charges on Gold Jewellery/Gold Coins. (No wastage and No making) on Bhima Online portal only. (Bhimagold.com)
9. The Gold rate will be applicable on the date of billing/ prevailing Gold rate as on the date of purchase.
10. Under the Golden Key plan, 18 Karat Jewellery, Diamonds, Bullion, Silver and Platinum ornaments cannot be purchased.
11. Stone charges if any, are to be paid by the customer at the time of purchase.
12. By enrolling for the Golden Key the customer hereby enters into an agreement to purchase Jewellery from M/s Bhima Jewellers Bangalore (referred to as ‘bhimagold.com’). The advance payments made by customers shall not be construed as loans or deposits. Such purchase advance payments can only be adjusted towards the purchase of jewellery from bhimagold.com (Online) after the 11th month
13. A customer should enrol for Golden Key after carefully reading, understanding, and agreeing to its terms and conditions and submitting the filled in and accepted enrolment application form along with the uploaded copy of Govt. attested address proof and photo ID proof.
14. If the aggregate of the monthly purchase advance amount is equivalent to ₹ 2 Lakhs or more, submission (upload) of a PAN CARD copy will be mandatory.
15. 14.On successful enrolment of Golden Key, a “BHIMA MY CHOICE” unique customer ID shall be generated automatically.
16. Payment can be made by cash/UPI/DD/cheques/PDC/NEFT/Debit Card/Credit card/My Bhima app and www.bhimagold.com.
17. Customers can view the membership and payment details on My Bhima App / www.bhimagold.com
18. Payments shall only be accepted by UPI / IMPS / NEFT / RTGS /Debit card/Credit card.
19. All the advance payments will be accepted only within the stipulated 11 months period. The plan will be discontinued in case, advance payment for consecutive 3 (three) months is not paid.
20. A refund cannot be done under any circumstance.
21. Golden Key EMA plan cannot be clubbed with any of the seasonal / Anniversary offers announced by Bhima.
22. Golden Key EMA plan cannot be clubbed/interchanged with other EMA plans run by Bhima.
23. Golden key EMA plans if the member redeems before the 11th month will not be eligible for any benefit. (Ex: Redemption period – 11th month, total accumulated amount ₹ 55000. Then ₹ 55000 / ₹4800 (present Gold rate) =11.45 gram (prevailing Gold rate of the date of purchase) customer can purchase without any MC/VA. product category selected. Ex: Redemption period – 11th month, the product selected 20 gram then 20grm – 11.45-gram (selected more than eligible weight ) balance 8.55 gram with MC / VA applicable.
24. GST and any other Government levies at the time of sales transaction will be borne by the customer
25. Customers may choose to provide the nominee name (optional) and such other particulars in the prescribed application form and furnish the KYC details of the said nominee.
26. Bhima has the sole discretion to alter, amend, and modify the terms and conditions /or to discontinue, without issuing any prior intimation
27. All disputes in connection with this plan, if any, shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in the city of Bangalore only.
